  Description: Wonderful cutting board crafted on a smaller scale in Sweden. The board is made of end-grain oak, and if cared for properly, it will last a lifetime. The board features a groove for drainage and built-in "handles" for easier carrying. Oiled and ready to use. Wood is a natural material, and every board is unique. The board comes in three sizes.

  NEVER wash in a dishwasher.
  Do not soak, do not use more water than necessary.
  Do not dry with a dishcloth. Wipe with paper after cleaning and let air-dry standing up.
  
  Vinegar has disinfectant properties, so it can be good to wipe/spray with it now and then. Then rinse with water.
  
  Oil your board once a year. Soak it; the more oil that penetrates, the better. Use neutral oil like rapeseed or cooking oil. This prolongs its lifespan and gives it a like-new feel.
