IN ENGLISH TERMS OF PURCHASE
PAYMENT INFORMATION GENERAL
To purchase a product from our online store, you must be 18 years or older.
An agreement for purchase is entered into when you receive an order confirmation via email after placing an order, completing the payment, and undergoing a successful credit check in the online store checkout.
PRICES
All prices include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices in relation to changes in currency, taxes, fees, or similar. These price adjustments are applied immediately if we deem it necessary. We also reserve the right for any incorrect prices due to, for example, "printing errors."
DELIVERY
All deliveries are made with DHL and aslo DSV.

Shipping is paid by the customer, and the cost is always visible in the shopping cart at the time of order.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
All shipments are pre-notified in the delivery confirmation sent via email and notified by the shipping company.
All shipments include information about the tracking number, allowing you to track the shipment. If you do not receive a notification from the shipping company within a week of receiving the delivery confirmation, please contact us to avoid the shipment being returned.
CHARGES FOR UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES OR FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
For uncollected packages, an invoice will be sent for the return shipping cost.
It is essential to be reachable at the provided phone number and provide the correct name, address, and phone number to avoid the package being returned. A fee may apply if multiple delivery attempts fail because the shipping company could not reach the recipient.
PAYMENT
We use Klarna as the provider of our checkout. This means we may share your personal data, such as contact details and order information, with Klarna when the checkout loads, so Klarna can process your purchase. Your personal data is handled according to Klarna's data protection information. With Klarna, you can choose the payment options that suit you best.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on items purchased in the online store, in accordance with the Distance Selling Act. This means you have the right to return an item if you notify us within 14 days of receiving the item that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You will receive a refund of the full purchase amount, excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility. If the item is not returned in good condition, we reserve the right to deduct from the refund. The item must be returned in its original packaging. You have the right to return the item if it is unused, in its complete original packaging, and undamaged. Refunds are generally processed within 1–5 business days, but no later than 30 days after we have received and approved the return.
Please note that any outstanding invoices must be paid even if you have returned the item. Refunds for the order amount are made after the return is approved. Please contact us before returning an item via email at info@carlshaga.se or phone at +46 73-0373690.
Note that all furniture is custom-made for you, and therefore the right of withdrawal does not apply.
COMPLAINTS
According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you always have a 3-year right to complain. A complaint means that you notify us within a reasonable time of discovering a defect in the item. We always check all items for potential defects to the greatest extent possible before delivery to you.
If, contrary to expectations, there is a defect in your item, please email us at info@carlshaga.se or call +46 73-0373690 before returning the item. Note that when returning a product, do not attach the address label directly to the original packaging but ensure there is an outer packaging around the product’s original packaging. Once we have received your complaint, we will contact you to resolve the issue or send a shipping label to your email. For complaints, we cover the return cost.
TRANSPORT DAMAGES
It is important to always check the goods for any transport damages when you receive the delivery. For goods with visible and external transport damages to be claimed with us, the damages must have been noted on the shipping company’s receipt at the time of delivery.

Notification of transport damages must be made within 7 days as it must be reported to the shipping company for insurance purposes. Take photos of the damaged goods and send them to us, and keep all packaging, as the shipping company requires this.
DISPUTES
In case of disputes, we follow the guidelines and decisions from the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes. Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these terms are governed by Swedish law and are resolved in a general court.
INCORRECT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to correct any incorrect information regarding price and delivery time retrospectively.
PRINTING ERRORS
We reserve the right for any printing errors in product information or catalogs and for product images not always accurately reflecting the actual appearance of the products. How the colors appear in images may depend on your screen type and settings.
