Carlshaga peg rail is inspired by the Shaker movement's philosophy, where honesty, functionality, and simplicity were the guiding principles. Everything they made had a purpose, using only the best materials, and nothing was made unnecessarily.Every item should have its place in the home, and all beauty lay in functionality and simplicity.
In our design, we chose not to place the pegs in the center of the rail, allowing more of the rail to be visible when items are hung. Additionally, we included a finely milled edge and hidden mounting, so no screws are visible.
All our production is carried out in Sweden with modern techniques, and we only use sustainable Swedish solid wood materials, where the wood is carefully selected for each part of every piece of furniture.
