Carlshaga's candle sleeve is hand-printed and made of brass. Produced by a local manufacturer, Humstorps Metall Moholm. Our goal is to preserve Swedish craftsmanship when producing our products, as part of our business concept, by hiring skilled artisans in Sweden where production and craftsmanship expertise exist. The candle sleeve is designed for our turn-of-the-century candlestick but also fits other candlesticks. The sleeve fits best with taper candles.
The brass sleeve is untreated and should be polished as brass darkens over time. Polish or clean the brass surface with a soft cloth. For deeper cleaning, gentle polishes without abrasives designed for brass are recommended. Always ensure the surface is dried with a soft cloth, as water can cause changes in the surface. Never leave burning candles unattended and extinguish them before they burn all the way down to the holder.
